1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”):

  • “User” / “Customer” refers to any person accessing or making a booking via the Website.
  • “Services” refers to travel-related bookings, pilgrim support services, assistance services, or related offerings listed on the Website.
  • “Third-Party Providers” refers to suppliers not owned or operated by the Company.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Website, or by making any booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Scope of Services & Role of the Company

1. PilgrimAid.com operates as a booking, facilitation, and coordination platform.

2. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Company:

  • Does not own, operate, or control Third-Party Providers
  • Acts solely as an intermediary between Users and Third-Party Providers

3. The Company is not a principal to contracts entered into between Users and Third-Party Providers.

4. Bookings & Reservations

1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant Third-Party Provider.

2. Users warrant that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Bookings must be made for genuine purposes only. The Company reserves the right to cancel any booking suspected of being fraudulent, speculative, or made for non-genuine purposes.

4 Users are deemed to have accepted:

  • These Terms; and
  • Any additional terms imposed by the relevant Third-Party Provider.

5. Pricing & Taxes

1. Prices displayed are nett unless otherwise stated.

2. Prices may exclude local or destination-specific taxes or fees payable directly to service providers.

3. The Company reserves the right to revise prices due to changes in taxes, fees, or supplier costs.

6. Payments

1. Full payment is required unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

3. The Company does not store full payment card details.

4. Transaction fees may apply depending on the payment method.

7. Cancellations, Amendments & No-Shows

1. Cancellation and amendment policies are governed by the terms of the relevant Third-Party Provider.

2. Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

3. No-shows and unused services are non-refundable.

4. Any waiver requests are subject to supplier approval and are not guaranteed.

8. Changes, Disruptions & Force Majeure

1. The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Epidemics or pandemics
  • Government or regulatory actions
  • Weather conditions
  • Security or safety concerns

2. The Company’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the affected booking component.

9. Travel & Medical Insurance

Unless expressly stated, insurance is not included. Users are strongly advised to obtain adequate travel and medical insurance.

10. Intellectual Property

All Website content is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Company shall not be liable for acts or omissions of Third-Party Providers.
  • Liability, if established, shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant booking.
  • The Company excludes liability for indirect, consequential, or economic loss.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

2. The Singapore courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
